When you shift on the inside
life shifts on the outside.

Practice Areas
The areas I specialise in include:
Trauma and PTSD
Being emotionally affected by a traumatic event usually lasts for a week or two. If it continues and causes distress, there may be a problem with posttraumatic stress.
Relationship problems
These may include lack of trust, poor communication, money issues, affairs/infidelity/cheating, sex and intimacy, arguments, and feelings of not being a priority.
Stress and anxiety may involve almost identical symptoms, including trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension, irritability, and anger.
Coping with Cancer
Aside from the noticeable physical side-effects from cancer surgery and treatment, there are also unseen emotional side-effects that can be debilitating.
Grief and Loss
Grief is the anguish experienced after significant loss. Grief often includes distress, separation anxiety, confusion, dwelling on the past and worry about the future.
Living with a Disability
A disability is any continuing condition that restricts everyday activities. It may be attributable to an intellectual, physical, or psychosocial disability.
